A man has died following a serious road traffic collision involving a car and a van in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, prompting a major emergency response and the closure of a key route through the area.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were called to the Belfast Road near the Hilden bend at around 5:45 a.m., following reports of a serious collision.
